RETURN POLICY

Purchased supplement capsules can only be returned if the plastic seal is intact and the packaging is unopened. The product must have been stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and kept away from contaminants such as cleaning products or chemicals. This ensures the quality and safety of the supplements remain intact.

 

Additional Return Guidelines:

 

  1. Return Period
    You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order. The packaging must remain unopened and the seal intact to qualify for a return.

  2. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

  3. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Non-Returnable Conditions
    We cannot accept returns if the seal is broken or the package is opened. This is due to safety and quality control requirements for dietary supplements. Additionally, items returned after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded.

Once the plastic seal is broken, we can no longer guarantee the quality or safety of the supplement, and it cannot be returned or refunded.
